This policy on the protection of personal data and the use of cookies (hereinafter " The Wemap Privacy Policy ") informs users (" User ", " You ", " Your " , " Yours ") about the collection and use of their personal data when accessing, installing and/or using different technologies and solutions operated by the company WEMAP SAS, located at 1025, avenue Henri Becquerel, 34 000 Montpellier, France, registered in the Montpellier trade and companies register under number 793 369 075 (hereinafter " Wemap ", " We ", " Our ", " Ours "), such as (i) Our website (getwemap.com), (ii) the Applications that We make available (such as the Wemap© application) as well as (iii) any other technology (e.g. Map integrated into a web page and/or a mobile application via our libraries) and this, regardless of the access methods or of use. It also applies to all Services that We provide and whose general conditions refer to this Wemap privacy policy (hereinafter together " Our Sites, products and services ").

The Wemap Privacy Policy does not apply to data collection offline or outside of Our Sites, products and services (except as noted below).

Our products may be integrated into third-party sites and/or our services may contain links to other sites that are not operated by Wemap and whose personal data protection and cookie usage policies may differ from this privacy policy. You are invited to read these policies to understand how these third-party companies use Your personal data.

1. Data controller

1. You are a simple visitor to Our website or user of Our Sites, products and services

2. You have created a user account

In addition to the data mentioned in point a) above, We process personal data for:

• Managing Your user account and the customer relationship we have with You : creating an account is not mandatory. If You choose to create an account (in particular to access certain features), We collect and process:

• Directly from You, Your name, first name, email address, and pseudonym if you decide to create a personal account on Wemap as well as, if you wish to provide this data, your contact details (postal address, telephone number) and any information relating to your profile (for example country of residence, public profile photo, interests, etc.).

• With Facebook, your first and last names, email address and pseudonym used on the Facebook network (your public profile) if you decide to create an account from your Facebook account.

• Providing you with the services and features offered by our Sites, products and services : so that you can fully benefit from the services and features offered by Wemap, We process the following personal data: Your identifier and any information relating to your profile; the Content that You have created, shared or to which You have contributed or reacted; Your interactions with other users and/or other sites/social networks/applications/services.

3. You have created a professional account and/or requested information

In addition to the data mentioned in point a) above, We collect and process personal data for:

• Managing Your professional account and the customer relationship we have with You : to access and use the Wemap Professional Services, the creation of a professional account is necessary. When creating your professional account, We process: Your name, first name and professional contact details (email address).

• Managing Your requests for information and inquiries : for this purpose, We process Your surname, first name, professional contact details (email address) and area of interest (and any other information that You may voluntarily communicate to Us in this context) so that We can contact You and respond to Your request.

• Manage the sending of information about Our products and services and/or those of our Partners : If You are a professional, We may send You offers relating to Our products and services and activities and/or those of Our Partners. For this purpose, We process your name, first name and contact details that You have communicated to Us.

3. On what legal basis and for what durations are your personal data processed?

The processing of Your personal data is justified by different grounds (legal basis) depending on the use We make of it. Below you will find the legal bases and retention periods that We apply to the processing mentioned above.

4. Who are we likely to share your personal data with?

5. Is your personal data transferred outside the European Union?

Your Personal Data is hosted in the European Union and We do not transfer your Data outside the European Union. However, it is possible that the data that We collect when you use our Sites, products or services may be transferred to or by our service providers or subcontractors outside the European Union to countries whose applicable legislation on the protection of personal data differs from that applicable within the European Union or country of residence.

• Drift Company (US), provider of online support service solution for website users and business users;

• Google (US), an analytics solution provider;

• Amazon Company (EUROPE), hosting provider;

• Mailchimp (US), a newsletter sending service provider.

When the recipient is located in a country whose legislation has not been found to be adequate by the European Commission, we ensure that the transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission which guarantee a sufficient level of protection of privacy and the fundamental rights of individuals or equivalent guarantees.

Wemap takes all appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk to protect Your personal data in compliance with the obligations and exceptions applicable under the laws in force, against any accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, communication or against any unauthorized access.

You have the right to access, correct, limit and delete Your personal data, as well as, under the conditions and limits provided for by the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, the right to object to the processing of Your personal data. However, this operation will result in the deletion of all cookies used by the browser, including those used by third parties, which may lead to the alteration or loss of certain settings or information and make navigation difficult.
