The Wemap Privacy Policy does not apply to data collection offline or outside of Our Sites, products and services (except as noted below).

Managing Your user account and the customer relationship we have with You : creating an account is not mandatory. If You choose to create an account (in particular to access certain features), We collect and process:
Directly from You, Your name, first name, email address, and pseudonym if you decide to create a personal account on Wemap as well as, if you wish to provide this data, your contact details (postal address, telephone number) and any information relating to your profile (for example country of residence, public profile photo, interests, etc.).
With Facebook, your first and last names, email address and pseudonym used on the Facebook network (your public profile) if you decide to create an account from your Facebook account.
Providing you with the services and features offered by our Sites, products and services : so that you can fully benefit from the services and features offered by Wemap, We process the following personal data: Your identifier and any information relating to your profile; the Content that You have created, shared or to which You have contributed or reacted; Your interactions with other users and/or other sites/social networks/applications/services.
You have created a professional account and/or requested information

Managing Your professional account and the customer relationship we have with You : to access and use the Wemap Professional Services, the creation of a professional account is necessary. When creating your professional account, We process: Your name, first name and professional contact details (email address).
Managing Your requests for information and inquiries : for this purpose, We process Your surname, first name, professional contact details (email address) and area of interest (and any other information that You may voluntarily communicate to Us in this context) so that We can contact You and respond to Your request.
Manage the sending of information about Our products and services and/or those of our Partners : If You are a professional, We may send You offers relating to Our products and services and activities and/or those of Our Partners. For this purpose, We process your name, first name and contact details that You have communicated to Us.

Your Personal Data is hosted in the European Union and We do not transfer your Data outside the European Union.
